Payment Methods

We accept the following credit and debit cards and payment services: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, processed securely via PayPal or Stripe.

Payment by credit or debit card is the safest and most secure method of payment. Both the customer and TiliGems by Vivid Minerals are protected against unauthorized transactions and fraud through industry-standard security protocols.

We also accept bank wire transfers. Customers wishing to pay via wire transfer must contact us in advance so the order can be processed manually.

For all orders that include a custom setting or bespoke production, full payment is required prior to the commencement of production. No work will begin until payment has been received and cleared.

To protect both our clients and our business, additional verification is mandatory for international orders. This may include a copy of a valid photo identification document and the credit card used for payment.

When making a wire transfer, please ensure your order number is clearly referenced on the remittance advice. All bank charges, including intermediary and receiving bank fees, are the responsibility of the payer.

Once payment has been completed, customers must email a copy of the bank receipt, remittance advice, or confirmation statement to accounts@tiligems.com to expedite order processing.
