We provide a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all jewellery pieces we create. If there's a flaw in our craftsmanship, we'll make it right.

Manufacturing Defects Covered:

• Porosity in precious metals (air bubbles that compromise durability)
• Incorrect or missing metal purity stamps
• Incomplete laser welding joints
• Other workmanship-related issues

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. Manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced at no charge.

All our coloured gemstones are guaranteed for life to be accurately identified in terms of:

• Gemstone species
• Treatment determinations (if any)

All gemstone details are clearly stated in our product listings, and we stand behind this information with confidence.

Our warranty does not cover repairs or alterations performed by third-party jewellers unless you've received prior written authorization from us. Examples of third-party services that require authorization include ring resizing and prong tightening.

Like all fine jewellery, our pieces can be affected by regular use and unexpected accidents. This is especially true for rings worn daily.

Common issues not considered manufacturing defects:

• Metal discolouration caused by exposure to chemicals (cleaning products, chlorine, harsh soaps)
• Natural wear of precious metals and prongs over time, which may require maintenance
• Loose or bent prongs caused by catching on clothing or fabrics
• Lost gemstones resulting from accident, trauma, or impact damage

For repairs not covered under our lifetime warranty, we're happy to provide a detailed price quote from one of our professional service representatives. No work will be performed without your approval.
