2. What does "Status: On Hold" mean?
When an item shows "On Hold," it means another customer is currently previewing it. The item is not available for immediate delivery during this inspection period.
However, items on hold may become available again if the customer decides not to purchase. Once returned, the status will change to "Available" and the item can be shipped right away.
Love an item that's on hold? Complete the purchase process anyway to secure top priority. If the item becomes available, you'll be first in line to receive it.

Third-Party Certifications:
If your item includes certification from GIA or another recognized laboratory, this document will be sent separately after purchase confirmation. Since these certificates cannot be replaced, we send them only after you've confirmed you're keeping your item.
This protects both you and the integrity of the certification during the inspection period.
6. Do you sell pre-owned or estate jewelry?
No, we exclusively offer newly crafted jewelry and recently mined gemstones.
Many of our clients are purchasing for engagements, anniversaries, and other emotionally significant occasions. Based on customer feedback and preference, we've chosen to focus entirely on new pieces rather than previously owned, estate, or second-hand jewelry.
